At Plastic Freedom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eco-friendly journey, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused items in their original plastic-free packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Sustainably

  Securely pack your items using the original compostable mailer or a recycled cardboard box, ensuring no plastic tape is used.

  Ship It Back

  Affix your return label and drop the package off at your local post office; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
